Management Services

    The following is a brief summary and explanation of the services supplied to the lessee as part
    of our Fleet Management Program. As you know, an explanation of efficient management of vehicles, drivers, and repair personnel, cannot easily be condensed into one page. We therefore request that your review of your program takes into consideration, that our services are and have not been, limited to the following;

New Vehicle Replacement Schedules and Selectors.

We supply a vehicle replacement schedule, based on your replacement policy, and mail the New Vehicle Selectors directly to your drivers.

Fleet Operating Manual
& Special Instructions.

Your drivers receive a packet with each new vehicle which includes: ID cards, accident report, instructions how to best use our services, special instructions tailored to your company and more.

Expense Report Processing.

Fleet Services audits and processes all vehicle expenses submitted by drivers, repair facilities, or the Lessee. We advise if proper to reimburse or if expense is unusual and may need further review.

Monthly Management Reports.

You receive a printout consolidating all expenses submitted to Fleet and invoiced by Fleet. This includes variable operating costs and fixed lease costs for each vehicle, and a breakdown on a per mile, per month, averages, and totals for your fleet.

Special Management Reports.

The Lessee can be supplied with special custom printouts on request. You may have an occasional need to compile data on your fleet for special projects, such as tax related information for the IRS.

National Account Services.

The Lessee's drivers are welcome and encouraged to use our accounts with Goodyear, Firestone, K-Mart, Globe Amerada Glass, and more. We are able to pass along our volume discount, direct invoicing, nation-wide warranties, and control of unnecessary repairs.

Maintenance Control
and Authorization.

When a lessee's driver requires more than $50.00 of repair he/she contacts a Fleet Services repair specialist, for consultation, advice, and authorization. Fleet will also issue verbal and written purchase orders direct to the repair facility.

Oil Change Printout.

You receive a monthly printout showing which vehicles may be over due for an oil change. We feel oil is the single most important preventive maintenance function.

Accident Management.

Upon your request, we will assist in any way we can to expedite repair, procure temporary transportation, and subrogate the cost of vehicle damage.

Fleet Services In-House
Repair Facility.

Your Milwaukee Metro vehicles are encouraged to use our Full Service repair facility which includes quality repairs, at a substantially lower than typical Dealer flat rates, with no-charge loaner vehicles if necessary. Our repair facility is also available for you and your fellow employees personal vehicle repairs. An appointment is requested for non emergency repairs.

Short-Term Daily Rentals.

We have a limited number of Rental vehicles available, at a reduced rates, for our local lease clients. These are convenient for your visiting out-of-town personnel, collision down time, newly hired drivers waiting for their factory ordered vehicles, and more.

Such a meeting may also be beneficial in a way that we may be able to further tailor the program to specific needs and benefits to your company.
